NHK HELMET PROVIDES NO EXPLICIT OR IMPLICIT GUARANTEE REGARDING THE SUITABILITY OF ITS PRODUCTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE, NEITHER DOES IT GUARANTEE THE DEGREE OF PROTECTION THAT SUCH PRODUCTS ARE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING AGAINST PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
